 Introduction

Welcome to RODFLEET Auto Repair. By using our services, scheduling an appointment, or visiting our facility, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


 Services Provided

  • RODFLEET Auto Repair offers vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement for various makes and models.


  • All services are performed by trained professionals following industry standards.


  • Service completion times may vary based on the complexity of the repair, parts availability, and other factors.


 Estimates & Payments

  • All estimates provided are approximate and subject to change upon further inspection.


  • Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.


  • We accept Online Payments, Checks, ACH, & Direct Deposit 


  • Unpaid balances may result in additional fees or legal action.


 Warranty & Liability

  • We offer a limited warranty on parts and labor. Warranty terms will be provided at the time of service.


  • Warranty coverage does not apply to:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Customer negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
    • Pre-existing issues unrelated to the service performed


  • RODFLEET Auto Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to vehicle repairs.


 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments must be canceled at least [X] hours in advance.


  • Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances and at management's discretion.


  • Deposits on special-order parts are non-refundable.


 Vehicle Storage & Abandonment

  • Vehicles left on our premises for more than [X] days after service completion may incur storage fees.


  • If a vehicle remains unclaimed beyond [X] days, RODFLEET Auto Repair reserves the right to take legal action, including the sale or disposal of the vehicle.


 Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known issues.


  • It is the customer's responsibility to test-drive and inspect their vehicle before leaving the premises.


 Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is collected for service purposes only and is not shared with third parties without consent.


  • Digital communications, including calls and emails, may be recorded for quality assurance.


 Changes to Terms

RODFLEET Auto Repair reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
